Contributing to the Musical Entertainment

Musical entertainment will enormously enhance the atmosphere within the Church during the Festival and we will have music playing inside the building throughout the periods when the Festival is taking place - choirs, soloists, brass, strings, woodwind, piano etc. We expect that most of this music will be provided by groups or individuals performing for approximately 25-30 minutes within a 40 minute designated time slot. This means that we are looking to attract approximately 30 musical contributions spread over the three days which may be choirs, soloists, brass, strings, woodwind, piano etc, performed by adults or children.

Christmas is always a very busy time of the year, especially for those people who have musical talents to offer. By asking now, we are hoping that people will feel able to make space for us in their Christmas schedules without creating undue pressure on themselves.

We would be delighted to hear from you, to ensure this unusual performance opportunity is fully subscribed, allowing the community to hear the musical talent amongst us.
