This is a lovely quiet ministry appreciated by people who are unable to come to church.
A small number of Eucharistic Ministers holds a short communion service wherever they are needed at home or in a Nursing or Rest Home taking the reserved sacrament to them.
If you would like to receive Holy Communion in your home or know of someone who is unable to be in Church and would like to receive Holy Communion, please telephone the Parish Office (023 9258 0551) and one of the team will be in touch with you.
